EMDR
EMDR is a sophisticated, psychological processor for treating trauma and PTSD.

EMDR was originally developed in California between 1987 and 1991 by Dr Francine Shapiro and is one of the most widely researched methods for working with psychological trauma and PTSD.

EMDR is recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE).

EMDR is applied to people who have experienced war related trauma, sexual assault, surgical trauma and car accidents and is now being used to help people with phobias, pain management and many other issues such as depression and anxiety.

We offer two tiers of training for EMDR, this is to ensure we can include everyone in our drive to create a community of independent practitioners.
