Integrated Trauma Solutions was formed by Rachel Fairhurst to address the lack of effective, evidence based therapy, training and education for people who are dealing with the onslaught of psychological disturbances and symptoms following complex trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Our Belief
We hold the belief that everyone has a right to life which is free from trauma and abuse perpetrated against them. If Trauma does occur, people have an absolute right to receive compassionate, gold standard, trauma-focused care, to ensure a successful recovery. We achieve excellent results, and this occurs because we are willing to apply all types of methodologies and frameworks gathered from vast training and experience. We think and apply strategies and models which sometimes reside outside of traditional approaches.

Our Story So Far
Integrated Trauma Solutions (ITS) Ltd is a developing organisation which started in the UK, yet now has a global reach. Our service is passionate and dedicated to providing cutting edge, professional , accredited education and training for treating trauma and training the professionals within social care, charitable organisations and other service providers, including private practitioners. We offer a number of accredited, innovative approaches, including a Level 5 Diploma in 'working with complex trauma and PTSD', and courses in EMDR, IRRT , CPT, PE, Emotion Regulation and many more. Our initiatives and trainings will provide your service with an enhanced delivery for effective outcomes, including specialised psychological education for clients in your working context which can range from sexual abuse, rape, domestic abuse, mental health, co- morbid personality disorders, young offenders, psychological abuse and neglect.
One of our guiding principles is to ensure that highly effective processing models which have previously been unreachable for some practitioners are made available through our safe, professional, accredited and informative trainings. We feel practitioners who are experienced in private practice and within services are already working with trauma, therefore it is imperative to provide them with the best possible skills to carry out their work effectively, efficiently and safely.
Although we are a private organisation we have strong charitable aims which have been put in place by Rachel Fairhurst. These charitable aims are in line with the guiding principles of the organisation and are achieved by:
Offering a local charity / organisation who delivers therapeutic services a free space on every training we deliver.
Donating the cost of one delegates fee from each training toward a separate fund. This fund is then allocated toward delivering a specialist tailor- made trauma training to a service who otherwise would not be able to access the information.
Rachel Fairhurst has received referrals from all over the world. The referrals come from a variety of organisations of different sizes, including: The Royal Navy, Local Authority, charities, schools, and other private organisations. Her therapeutic service is highly successful, and delivers a level of excellence and understanding which clients have found that other services are not able to provide. The successful outcomes have naturally led to the prevention of re-victimisation and perpetration. Our objectives are to now provide other professionals with the content of Rachel's therapeutic structure to enable other services to achieve this distinguished level of understanding and care.
